NUG Society Meeting XXXVII in Cologne – Registration

The XXXVII. NUG Society Meeting will take place from Monday May 18th until Wednesday May 20th 2026.

The event will feature several speaker from the NUG community as well as experts from NEC.

Please note that it will show 2 spaces booked if you take a ticket and the hotel. In fact it is one booked participation with two positions.

Hotel Reservation (select the numbers of nights you need)
The hotel we selected is optional. If you have fixed budgets or an own booking tool for accommodations feel free to use them individually. The hotel we have reserved are a service for you but the hotel booking is NOT mandatory for the event.
If you need a room please let us know how many days you need a room so we can book it accordingly. The price is 120€ per room and night and will be needed to be paid on-site (so for 2 nights it would be 240€). The accommodation would be from Monday the 18th to Tuesday the 19th and the second night accordingly from Tuesday 19th to Wednesday 20th.
